Intepreting the Indicator
Important: This indicator's default settings are precisely that, defaults on XAUUSD. They're not optimized for your specific trading style or the unique characteristics of each market you trade. You must calibrate them thoroughly for each individual chart you use. We share our own optimized settings in our Discord channel, which you can use as a guide, but remember, the ultimate responsibility for your trading success lies with you. Thorough backtesting, and we mean thorough backtesting, is absolutely crucial to optimize performance and avoid costly mistakes.
Point 1
This dot? It just means the MACD crossed the signal line. Don't be fooledDon't be fooled — on its own, it's a false signal trap. Use Point 2 to avoid getting wrecked.
Point 2
The triangle based on (BB %B) to separates the signals from the Point 1 noise. Think of it as a quality check. But we didn't stop there — multiple confluences under the hood give you the edge you need.
Point 3
This integrates RSI overbought / oversold levels directly onto your price chart. This means faster, cleaner, and more efficient analysis, allowing you to focus on what matters: making profitable trades.
Point 4
The diamond? That's the final confirmation (BB %B + SMI). But here's the catch: it has to be close to the triangle. If they're miles apart, the signal's worthless.
Point 5
The circle are triggered when the triangle or diamond formation closes on the other side of the TMA line. This indicates a potential trend reversal backed by strong momentum from the price action.
Point 6
This zero-lag TMA line provides a visual representation of the current trend by changing color based on price action. The B/S label display is customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your specific trading needs.
Point 7
This filter line is designed to remove the signal within the upper and lower bands that doesn't meet our trading criteria, effectively filtering out noise and unsuitable trading opportunities.
Point 8
The MACD signal line. It's the fundamental trigger, the core mechanism. No fancy algorithms or hidden formulas here, just a simple crossover that tells you what's up. This is the bedrock of all MACD-based trading.
Point 9
This is a chart-specific version of the MACD line, tweaked to optimize performance for each individual trading pair. When it crosses the MACD signal line, it marks the very first indication of a possible reversal opportunity.
